A frame you keep.
A Hiisi is built to be serviced, upgraded and ridden for years, not replaced. Here's how we stand behind it.

Warranty, service, spare parts.
Warranty
The EU statutory two-year warranty applies to every bike, covering manufacturing defects and material failure. Bespoke build terms are provided with your order. Normal wear, crash damage and third-party modifications are excluded.
Service
Contact us directly at [email protected]. Routine maintenance can be done by any qualified bike mechanic. Frame-specific work we handle from Finland. Every linkage part is replaceable with standard tools.
Spare parts
Every proprietary part is available directly from us: linkage hardware, bearings, axle components. We don't discontinue parts for current-generation frames.
Every Hiisi is built to order, so bikes and framesets are non-returnable once production begins. EU rules exclude made-to-order goods from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Spare parts and accessories from the shop carry the standard 14-day EU return.
The full terms, if you want them.
Everything above is written down. These are the documents your order runs on.
Warranty
What the warranty covers for a Hiisi and for spare parts, and how a claim works.
Delivery terms
How a bespoke order works: spec approval, the 50% invoice, and the balance at shipping.
Your riding changes. Your bike follows.
Swap the shock to change rear travel. Adjust fork internals to shift the front. Fine-tune geometry through mount hardware, or ask us for a custom modification. You don't outgrow this bike. You evolve with it.
